About me

I'm Janette, a qualified Executive Coach and Mentor with 30 years' experience in operational leadership and as a C Suite Executive. I have worked at a senior level in large companies such as BT, Openreach, 3 and the NHS, and now run my own consultancy businesses. 

I have worked in multiple industries internationally, and have gained valuable experience in working with board level executives. I understand cultural dynamics, transformational change, behavioural change, performance management, employee relations, operations, business development, leading and developing leadership teams in operational, contact centre and complex engineering environments. 

I was the winner of the ITP, Women in Telecoms award in 2018, winning for outstanding leadership in the telecoms industry. 

Most importantly, I am a busy working mum striving to get the balance right between work and family, helping others to achieve the same. 

I have always had a keen interest in coaching and have honed my skills over decades working with individuals in various industries. In this time I have mentored many individuals and groups, focussing on helping them to become the best version of themselves, boosting their confidence and skills in the key business areas they have previously been struggling. I have also witnessed many take these skills and transform their personal lives, too. 

Throughout my career this has been my passion, and I enjoy nothing more than watching people transform their leadership abilities. This is why I decided to make Executive Coaching and Mentoring my full time job!

Having led teams in large companies, and run my own business, I know how daunting being a leader can be. Sometimes it feels lonely, and that you have no support or mentor yourself. Other times you feel you just don't know enough about a specific business area, or how to handle a specific challenge or problem. Through Executive Coaching and Mentoring my goal is to take my years of experience and passion for coaching to make sure other business leaders and owners do not feel the same way. My sessions are designed to equip you with the skills, confidence and knowledge you need to transform your business and focus on what really matters to you. 

I am a compassionate and challenging coach who works well with leaders and business owners going through transition, such as promotion, change of leadership, transformation, growth and culture change. 

I am open and honest and will create a safe environment for you to be the same, our work is confidential.

I will listen and reflect with you and offer challenge to ensure you are getting everything you need from the coaching sessions. I won’t give you all of the answers and I might not always agree with you but I will always bring my true self to coaching and will expect the same from you.
